TIMESHARE, SYNDICATION AND OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP

Timeshare and syndication units have stone and thatch exterior facades to blend in with the environment. Internally the chalets are fully equipped for self catering holidays and are luxuriously appointed. All chalets have at least one fireplace and under floor heating as well. The units are serviced each day.

There are 4 basic chalet configurations, namely:

1. 3 bedroom simplex with 2 bathrooms
2. 4 bedroom simplex units with 2 bathrooms
3. 4 bedroom duplex units with 4 en suite bathrooms
4. 5 bedroom simplex units with 5 en suite bathrooms and own fireplaces

Each chalet is equipped with a fireplace and has its own private boma
