Neanderhohle is an existing Game Farm that presently caters primarily for South African guests. The farm has basic amenities and accommodation but has vast potential for improvement and upgrading. Located in the Northern Province approximately 280kms from Pretoria, the farm boasts 1713,0640 hectares of pristine African Bushveld coupled with sparsely covered rocky mountains and numerous natural waterholes. The farm presently has two large houses, one nearly complete, two chalets and a guesthouse with outside lapa, swimming pool and various outbuildings.
Included are game viewing vehicle, basic amenities, one earthdam, four boreholes and a large central game waterhole. The following animals can be found on the farm; Impala, Kudu, Zebra, Bluewildebeest, Warthog, Ostrich, Duiker, Hyena, Leopard, Cheetah, Lynx, Civet cat, Honey badger, Jackal and a wide variety of birdlife. The game farm is ideally suited for a "bushveld experience" development. Chalets can be built close to the watering hole and the large house can be upgraded to include a restaurant and entertainment
centre.
