Unwind at Ngwenya: Make use of the extensive on-site facilities to unwind in a tranquil environment.

Take a day visit to the Kruger: Crocodile Bridge Gate and the game rich eastern plains (acknowledged as one of the best game viewing areas of the Park) are a mere 10 minutes downstream from Ngwenya Lodge. Lower Sabi, Skukuza and Berg en Dal are all within easy reach of Ngwenya. Pack a picnic and spend a day in the bush.

An Open Vehicle Game Drive from Ngwenya

Go on an open vehicle game drive and a bush walk. A variety of Open Vehicle Day and Night Drives as well as bush walks can be arranged from Ngwenya Lodge

Take on Tigers. Ngwenya Lodge is less than 15 minutes from the confluence of the Komati and Crocodile Rivers both of which are inhabited by one of Africa's most famous fresh water game fish, the formidable Tiger Fish. Tiger fishing excursions can be arranged from Ngwenya Lodge with fishing at its best during the hotter months of the year (October to March)

Play a round of Golf. The Malelane Country Club (35 minutes drive) has a top rated 9 hole course. A brand new golf course is being developed at the confluence of the Crocodile and Komati Rivers a mere 12 minutes drive from Ngwenya.

Visit Mozambique. Ngwenya is the ideal springboard for day visits to Maputo or weekends to Inhaca Island (border post is 15 minutes drive).
