The existing resort has 78 self-catering cabanas, a central entertainment area, bar
and restaurant and watersport centre.
The brief is to upgrade the facilities and shareblock 60% of the resort to potential investors. The upgrade is to include a tennis court, swimming pool, conference centre and refurbish all the cabanas to RCI Timeshare standards. |
