Ponta Malongane Syndicated Beach Houses - Mozambique

The potential development site is located on a hill next to the resort camp of Ponta Malongane. The property size is approximately 8 hectares and is bordered on the east by the beach and Indian Ocean and traverses west at a slight incline to end in lush dune vegetation. The site has one specific attribute that places a premium on any potential development - view. The view from the top of the dune hill is absolutely incredible. Straight down to the beach is approximately 50 metres, the view out to see is as far as the horizon and with this viewpoint whales may be seen frolicking in the waves as well as a clear aerial view of scuba divers under water. To the south, one may follow the whole coastline by eye until it ends at the resort and bay of Ponta D' Ouro, 8 kms away.

The site has been earmarked for the development of a syndicated wooden log cabin complex. The complex would include security fencing, generator room, beach access, swimming pool, entertainment centre and fully serviced amenities.
